Welding

We can manufacture most things from steel, stainless steel (T304/316) and aluminium. We have Mig and AC/DC Tig welders on site.

Stainless Steel Exhausts:

Volkswagen Golf MK3 VR6 2.8 Exhaust. The customer wanted an orginal sound but with a little more low end 'burble' and an orginal VW Golf look, which came in the form of two 2" rolled out tail pipes. The systen was constructed using 2 1/2" T304 Stainless tube and T316L mandrel bends. The orginal cat was replaced with a 200cell motorsport cat. After the system was finalised the car was taken for an MOT emissions test just to ensure that the car with well within legal limits with the high flow cat fitted.
